Description and advantages of the frame systems

Relay

  • Fixings: Aluminium roof hooks
  • A sophisticated standard system with cross member profiles – suitable for all module types
  • Can be installed easily and cheaply – the type of installation recommended by many module manufacturers
  • A wide range of connection possibilities – e.g. roof hooks, hanger bolts, standing seam clamps, etc.
  • All the fixings used comply with the technical building regulations or have been given general building supervisory approval by the DIBt.
  • All the connecting elements are made from stainless steel (A2, 1.4301), and all the profile rails are made from EN AW 6063 aluminium.
  • 10-year warranty.

ReSide

  • The ReSide system was developed in order to be able to install south-facing mountings cheaply on roofs that cannot be penetrated and can only take low additional loads
  • A flat roof system for framed modules for south mountings with a 15 degree angle of inclination
  • n contrast to the classic south-facing mounting, the connection of the entire system and the wind deflectors used mean that the ballast weights are much lower.
  • Easy-to-install system because of the high level of prefabrication
  • Because of the very low use of material and the short installation times, extremely cost-effective substructures can be realized.
  • The ballast weights are calculated on the basis of the results of wind tunnel tests.
  • The optimized ventilation zone ratio gives good back-ventilation and prevents output losses due to unfavourable temperatures.

Relight

  • The ReLight was developed in order to optimize yields as a function of the roof area.
  • East-west mounting with 10 degree angle of inclination.
  • In contrast to the classic south-facing mounting, the spacing between the individual rows is reduced to a minimum. This allows a much more efficient use of the roof surface.
  • The individual mountings are linked with each others via profile rails, creating a continuous, homogeneous module field. This considerably reduces the ballast weight required.
  • Because of the very low use of material and the short installation times, extremely cost-effective substructures can be realized.
  • The ballast weights are calculated on the basis of the results of wind tunnel tests.
  • The simple construction means that installation is extremely quick and cost-effective, especially with the swivellable lower module clamp without screw connection.
  • The optimized ventilation zone ratio gives good back-ventilation and prevents output losses due to unfavourable temperatures.

RegTec

Since its foundation in 2000, RegTec has been a continuously growing and successful company. The focus is on the development, production and sale of mounting systems for the generation of solar energy.
